Diddy is undeterred… asking for another helping of that apple, as in he’s filed legal docs to get bail 3 weeks after he was busted.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the rap mogul’s attorneys have filed an appeal to the most recent order denying him bond.

Diddy also insists he’d keep trying to sell his private jet, has so far refused to contact any known grand jury witnesses, and will subject himself to random drug tests every week.
It is the third official shot at asking to have Diddy bailed out in his pending federal criminal case.
As we first reported… Diddy was arrested on Sept. 16 by federal agents at the Park Hyatt New York hotel in Midtown Manhattan and appeared before a judge within 24 hours of his arrest — charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and kidnapping.
Diddy was arrested 6 months after the feds raided both his Miami and L.A. homes in connection to a sex trafficking investigation.
Diddy, a father of seven, has slapped down the myriad claims made in this case and his kryptonite of civil suits… he pled not guilty to the criminal counts.

A lawyer for Diddy, Marc Agnifilo, tells TMZ, “This is an application filed in the context of his now-completed federal case, which he won., and we are confident that it will be rejected.”He continues emphatically… “(Diddy) is an innocent man with nothing to hide — He leaves this matter completely in the hands of LAPD.”Regarding where MDC Brooklyn Diddy currently sits, our sources say it’s not BCND or SHU ( aka solitary ) but is often referred to as the RRM.
Agnifilio would NOT comment on Diddy’s current status at M.D.C. Diddy is poised to give it one more shot soon, so stay tuned.
