  • 200g Mozzarella (grated, optional)

Instructions

You want to start by making the bolognese sauce

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Mix the finely chopped onion, carrot, and celery. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the vegetables soften.
